Johan & Marissa,
I met Johan a couple of years ago when he attended my workshop in Cape Town. Since then, we have worked together on several occasions over the years and Johan even 2nd shot for me for a wedding in Luanda, Angola. When I met Marissa a few months before their wedding, I just knew she was the right lady for him. Kind, genuine, a great big heart and an all-around joy to be around with.
The couple decided on a Paternoster wedding and to only invite their closest friends and family to celebrate their intimate wedding. The venue was on the west coast of South Africa that made for a spectacular sun set. The wind was strong, and it was a bit chilly, but the open fires kept everyone warm and nothing could stop the high spirits of this couple.
They are both beautiful children of God that live out their faith every moment of every day. After some wonderful worship, the spirit driven message was very touching. It was such an emotional day with genuine love, caring and immense joy.
The west coast of South Africa is very dear to my heart. Many school holidays were spent on this coast diving for crayfish. It brings back memories of freezing cold water and lots of seafood! It was great to be able to visit this beautiful part of South Africa Again. I will always recommend a Paternoster wedding because of the area’s natural, undisturbed beauty.
Thank you, Johan & Marissa, for choosing me as your wedding photographer and allowing me to be part of your wedding day!
