Wes and Amber resides in Johannesburg but decided on a Plettenberg Bay wedding as they both love the beach. They had the most beautiful engagement photo session at Noetzie beach in Knysna with the most gorgeous of golden sunset light.
As a photographer, it is important for me that my clients are at ease and relaxed in front of my camera. Wes is probably one of the shyest people I have ever met with such a dear heart. Combined, these two awesome people have a presence that shines so brightly through their love for each other, their joy and their happiness.
The couple opted for a Plettenberg Bay wedding as they wanted to get married on the beach. Cheryl, of Big Day Event wedding planning in Plettenberg Bay made their dreams come true with a beautiful tent set up on Robberg beach. Emotional vows were said with their closest friends and family looking on. Afterwards, we took some photos on the (very hot) beach and then at the most beautiful of Plettenberg Bay wedding venues, Tsala Treetop Lodge. The couple was again blessed with just stunning golden hour light which made for beautiful photos.
The reception was held at the Zinzi Restaurant which is on the Tsala estate. As the restaurant is situated within the beautiful greenery of the estate, not much is needed in terms of décor. The couple went for a rustic look with soft pink flowers which looked great on the dark open wood tables. The plated dinner that Zinzi Restaurant offered, was spectacular.
Thank you Wes & Amber for choosing me as your photographer for your Plettenberg Bay wedding. It was such a privilege to be part of your special day with such amazing landscapes in our beautiful Garden Route.
